Dynatec Systems has provided a 2 MGD (million gallons per day) tubular Ultrafiltration (UF) Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) to process dairy wastewater. 

The system is a conversion of an existing extended air system where an existing bioreactor is being utilized.  The capacity of the existing bioreactor will be doubled with an increase in the mixed liquor solids concentration and an upgrade of the fine bubble aeration to slot injector aeration.

Dynatec Systems has provided a leachate treatment system for a hazardous waste landfill.  The system incorporates heavy metals pretreatment followed by a tubular Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) system.  The Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) reduces ammonia, phenol, Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), volatiles and semi-volatiles and other contaminants adequately for discharge.  The system reduces PFAS 30-60% and carbon is utilized to reduce PFAS to low ppt concentrations.

Dynatec Systems has provided a zero-liquid discharge (ZLD) wastewater treatment system for a food processing company. The primary treatment is provided by a tubular Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) followed by Reverse Osmosis (RO). Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) permeate is reused for cooling tower make up. Reverse Osmosis (RO) permeate is used for high-quality users and Reverse Osmosis (RO) reject is used for irrigation.
